“Wonderful source for antique and vintage jewelry. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, and I’m honestly astonished by some of the deals I have found on pieces there. I brought several friends this weekend for a look around, and they were extremely patient showing us different things while also being busy with many other customers. They are very flexible with layaway too. “This jeweler was highly recommended to me. I had two very valuable necklaces that were tangled. After months of trying to fix them, Long & Co jewelers had them fixed, polished, and lovely packaged for me to pick up the following day. When I first went in I had the most incredibly fun, kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable person helping me. I am interested in an investment watch as a gift; one mention, and her true genius was clearly demonstrated. I learned so much! I especially want to say that this jeweler has the most genuine, upfront, authentic, and simple good people all working here. When I went to pick up my now untangled necklaces, an incredibly kind man handed them to me, I waited at the register. He explained there’s no charge. I was in shock. I couldn’t imagine the time it took, and just like I was a good friend; “no charge”. I think finding a business like this, who still operates by the principles of integrity, consideration, kindness, authenticity, and honesty; are genuinely rare gems, and worth their weight in gold(see what I did there? Ha). “The South Barrington location has the biggest selection of all the Chico's in the West/Northwest suburbs of Chicago. The ladies at this location are very helpful, and generous in helping clients- whether it's with recommendations on what looks good or fits properly, or with providing a coupon when you might not even be eligible for one or you've used it already... either way, I am a fan of this location. I've received good customer service at both Geneva and Wheaton's stores as well. Those locations are much smaller and don't offer the same selection.”
