“My daughter got her Quinceañera dress at this location, and the biggest reason was that she could try multiple on at a time, as well as the girls helping in the background. I visited a few other places, and the employees seemed not only rude but annoyed when we asked questions. I 100% recommend this place above any other.”

Located on main boulevard and with plenty of parking on the street or parking garage in walking distance. The owners take the time to help and assist in anyway. Teaching you about fit and leathers. “This review is for this particular location more than J.Crew Factory itself.
Except for the one girl who kept offering unsolicited specific suggestions on what clothes would look good on me and my wife, I thought all of the employees were very helpful and actively trying to make sure we knew they were ready to help if we needed another size or anything.
However, I ended up returning everything I bought here once I did some research online and realized the Factory stores sell lower quality merchandise than the main J.Crew stores (which, apparently, is sort of the main deal with outlet malls). I suppose the quality is fine, but I felt like I was paying a bit of a premium for clothes that probably weren't premium.
So, everything about this particular location was great, but I'm not really a fan of the brand.”

“Great prices on jeans and sweatshirts. Fitting rooms were clean. Staff member looked in the back stockroom for a specific waist and length pant size I was looking for. Staff really made me feel welcomed in the store.”
“I was there yesterday (April 30th) and had the best experience because of one amazing employee, ZULMA!! I mean she’s quick and so helpful. Even though they didn’t have what I wanted I walked out of there honestly happy because of the great service. She was so happy so helpful and had a smile on her face the entire time. Amazing job!!”
“This place is incredible with very knowledgeable staff. The only thing that bothered me about this particular location, is as an older newbie skater, is that as soon as I was almost ready to settle on a specific product, someone would come and take the salesperson away and tell me to speak to someone else and I would have to start all over again. This is incredibly poor customer service and says, "you are not important enough as a customer to us so we are going to interrupt". This happened five times in a period of 20 minutes and it is maddening. Not the way to find my path to spending lots of money. If anything it hurried me out of the store. So A+ for friendliness and knowledgeable staff but F for treating customers as an afterthought.”
“I always check out the clearance rack at this location. Great deals on t-shirts and long sleeve shirts. This store has very good selection. Sign up for their free rewards programs to earn $$ toward future purchases. I would like to also recognize associate Giselle. She is always so friendly and provides great customer service.”
“They have to get their act together. Workers have to bend down and pick up things on the floor and put them back in the right place. Workers need to make themselves known. Workers should wear a bright colored garment over their clothes so they will stand out so customers know who the workers are on the floor. My store looked for the most part to be clean and tidy but not 100% percent. Stores loose and close when people don't shop. So Kohl's keep your doors open.”

“Always a great experience coming to this particular torrid. They have great customer service. Great products and great prices. I was there because I needed to do a return and I couldn't find my receipt. This wonderful lady called another store and spent so much time with them explaining what the dress look like and the numbers off of it etc etc and she was able to find all of the information.
