Staff was amazing! She took the time to show my husband a bunch of different coats and was knowledgeable about each of them. She took items that I was purchasing and placed them behind the counter so I didn't have to hold them all. Items were great quality and reasonably priced!

In my opinion this is the one store in the outlet mall that is actually selling items at Outlet prices. Everything in there is that a price that really can't be argued with and the quality is quite good. If you are looking for coats or sweatshirts or outdoor activity gear I would highly recommend you drop by this store

Sale associates were very rude and mean.I was looking around to see the merch and a sales associate just walked up to us not to ask us if we needed help but to be awfully mean.I bought a columbia jacket not returning to this store.
