Was there couple days ago, there was very sophisticated and pleasant employee his name is Doug if I’m not mistaken. he helped me with all my questions so I would recommend that salon.

Institutionalizing a sense of urgency at this location is something that could be worked on. A lot of unecessary small talk with customers especially when all seats are full at check-in. Employees should have Verizon's values at the center in everything that they do.
