  Our encounter with clerk Sherry at Arlington Heights post office, was amazing, this beautiful young woman showed us what patience is, showed us grace and understanding, she had no idea of how stressful our day was going, she was a breath of fresh air on the most stressful day.   Had an appointment for passports for my kids and I Puma made our experience very easy and smooth! There was 3 clerks which is always a good thing no lines when I was there but it was early in the morning! All 3 clerks were very pleasant and efficient. Very helpful in answering all my questions good job love this location

  I want to complain about the mail service we get it late we would like the mail route changed that we receive it first since we're on the south end of Arlington heights instead of starting on the north end first all of us on south end deserve better service
