I visited this store a couple time for my new flooring, and I had an exceptional experience thanks to both Brian. They was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Both took their time for my tile floor with young Brian and solid wood floors with older Brian. Young Brian patiently explained and helped me find the perfect choice for my home. His expertise make me so happy with my purchase, and I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for excellent service!

Be aware the tile that is sold by pieces can't be returned by pieces. So if you want to return it you get stuck with it

I love this store! Arlington Heights, IL location Paula, the designer, has been very helpful every visit! I'm there several times a week and have had a great experience each time.
So many options, so if you have a hard time deciding what you want, just ask Paula, she will help you understand which colors, textures, styles, etc... go together and which do not and why.
I would make an appointment before going to see one of the designers, they do not just sit at a desk waiting for customers. They are usually walking the floor with customers. That can take 5 min or 2 hours. If you go without an appointment, there is a high chance you will wait for awhile. But you may get lucky as a walk in. I'm just helping you set a realistic expectation when you arrive. I've never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything I did not need.

Wow!!! Talk about an overwhelming amount of choices! Can't find what you need at regular home improvement stores? You'll likely find exactly what you want here.
There were so many great selections, I had to stop looking around so I didn't have to narrow down from the 5 I already fell in love with.
Staff were helpful and even arranged a hold so my contractor could pick up my order the following week.

Drake went above and beyond at the end of the workday to ensure that I had a complicated floor order processed for my home, which is out of state. It was very timely and he was very patient. Paula in design is fantastic . I met with her and then actually came back and changed our whole original idea. We left with everything that day . We gave her our measurements, and everything was seamless. Also, I needed 8 boxes more from another store, and she personally confirmed they had what we needed before driving out ! Thank you, Paula Floor and Decor are lucky to have you on their team !
