“I am a senior citizen, a woman and I live alone. I am knowledgeable and capable about many things...but not cars! I usually take my car to Cassidy for maintenance. I know the work will be done correctly and I won't be taken advantage of with costs. The waiting room is clean, and everyone is always friendly and courteous. Today I went out to start my car and found my battery was dead. I went on Cassidy's website and chatted with Rich. He had Elando (so sorry, I know that's not the correct spelling and I can't find it anywhere!) call me and he arranged to have someone here in 20 minutes. Rich called me back to make sure someone had called me. Justin met me and in no time had replaced the battery. He checked the panel and advised me to drive around for a few minutes and everything would reset. I was so thankful they were able to come to my rescue! I couldn't have asked for better service. Always go to Cassidy, they are the best! Thank you all!”
“They drove to the garage where my car was parked and jumped the battery and took car to their shop .they looked for a problem put air in tires did an oil change and drove the car back to my garage . I appreciate the extra courtesy they gave me. I have bone on bone arthritis in my right knee. They care about the customer.

“Charlie did a great job repairing my daughter’s damaged car. He provided a very fair estimate and showed me exactly what had to be replaced and why. The shop is very clean and he does his own painting in his on-site booth. I was so happy, I had him do another small job on a second vehicle. I will definitely come back if the need arises.”
“Highly recommend! Gino the owner is awesome. We have trusted him with our car repairs for several years. He is honest, conservative and very thorough. He explains the problems very succinctly and details what is a priority and what we could wait on, forming a long term plan of sorts.
He even recommended where to go to get new tires and made some calls on our behalf to get the best deal.

These guys are awesome. They always work fast, go the extra mile to check and fix little things. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t over charge you or tack on hidden fees and costs at every opportunity They are also very friendly and approachable. I do my oil change, car wash and had at least several emergency situations when I showed up without appointment, all panicjy and despite them being busy they were always ready to help.

Prior to Jimmy's inspection, I had been troubleshooting an odd issue on a Honda CRV that had led me to replace an alternator 3 separate times as well as some fuses and relays around the starting system. Within an hour he had a solid diagnosis of the problem and repaired the car within the same day. The cost for the work seemed reasonable and left with a high level of confidence in our vehicle.”
