“I was told by a dealership because my tire was bouncing that I needed a new rim. However, a friend of mine referred me to this establishment. They looked at my tires. They looked at my rim, tested the balancing in the tire and come to find out, it wasn’t a rim. It was a steel belt that had gone bad in the tire, this is a very courteous staff eager to help you and give you the full explanation of what is going on with your vehicle. I ended up getting new tires no rim needed and pulled out of their place. Very happy. Also The staff is Courteous and knowledgeable on what they are doing. I will no longer take my car to the dealership for anything. I will always bring my car here. Great job guys.”
“My wife and I recently purchased a Toyota sienna from Erica and Evan at Alton Toyota! These vehicles can take a while to arrive, however, Erica did a wonderful job at communicating updates. “AWESOME!! It is nice to know there are still honest mechanics out there. I was on my way to drop my VW off to Glenn's, when it died on me on Broadway in Alton. I have to let it sit for an hour before it will start again. a man pulls in behind me and it turned out to be Glenn. He was running an errand & seen me. Knowing I was bringing it in, he stopped to help. He lifted the hood & knew immediately what was wrong. He went back to the shop, got a fuel pump and tools. came back & changed it right there on the side of the road. We went back to the shop & he looked everything over. He sure knows what he is doing! “Josh did a great job ordering and installing new tires and pressure sensors on our Camry. Josh's price was very fair, his work was excellent and completing the work was a snap!
I could take my car to a tire dealer or my Toyota dealer. I have had serious issues having my car serviced by my dealer - I have confidence in Josh doing the job correctly the first time.
I'm not looking for a bargain, but I expect repair work to be done correctly - Josh certainly is well-trained, he keeps his promises and he cares about quality. Why would you trust anyone else?”

“So Sunday night 10/13/2024. We had a blow out. Didn’t have the tool to lower the tire down. A guy came out and was very friendly and professional.
