I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my cars, and this is coming from a former gearhead. Ignore the 1 star reviewer who obviously posted on the wrong forum, as the shop has always opened at 8 am. “Had a antifreeze leak and they were able to get me in last minute on a Sunday!! Had a couple parts replaced and it fixed the leak i had my car back the same day!! Very reasonably pricing too and you can tell they arent trying to hustle you i ended up having some trouble with one of the parts that were replaced wich wasnt there fault but they still changed it again for me and took care of it very stand up guys here will definitely be coming back for any repairs i may need in the future”

“My old car had a lot of problems and issues but once I took it to A-Auto I was greeted and taken care of by the mechanics and Nathan. Nathan took care of getting me the correct parts and communicating back and forth with the mechanics about what needed done. The pricing was very affordable and I would highly recommend A-Auto for any work you need done! ??”
“I called and got a price over the phone for a new radiator replacement. The price was in the ballpark of another radiator quote and Cool Rite is closer so I had my vehicle towed there a couple hours before they closed. The owner said they would work on it the following day. I asked the owner to call me with a price after they had time to look at it so I wouldn't be surprised with a new total. He said that he would. The evening of the next day I called to see if they had had time to look at it and he said it was all done and I could pick it up. He told me the cost had gone up 10% more because it needed 4 quarts more Trans fluid then they had anticipated, which was exactly why I wanted an updated estimate in the first place (1 star deducted). All in all it was a pleasant experience and she drives like a champ and is warranted for 1 year.”

“I had damage to my vehicle on the rear end and was of course upset. I through my insurance brought my vehicle to the Crash Champions location in Alsip. From the start both Caleb and Cecilia were AWSEOME and worked with me and my insurance to insure that I was able to check my vehicle in in a timely manner. They were very reassuring and I got frequent text updates all along the way which eased my nerves lol as well as always were willing to answer any questions I had. Now as far as my vehicle is concerned when I came to pick it up the day they called to let me know she was ready as I pulled up it was outside and I IMMEDIATELY noticed that the damage was nonexistent and it looked as great as it did before the accident. Both inside and out I could tell that the Crash Champs team not only did an exceptional job for the damage on my car but they also took GREAT CARE with my car otherwise. I am very please with the entire team from the front desk to the guys that in the garage took care of my baby....I mean my car lol thank you so much again Crash CHAMPS. Me and my family really appreciate it!!!!! Pat O.”
“Brandon the front desk guy was very accommodating. My family and I got into an accident on the road had to get our car fixed and he was nice enough to let us know if the car has hope or it could be fixed, thankful that he gave us hope that the car can still run good. Even though the wait was long because of waiting for parts we didn't mind it since we weren't the only customers there but he was so kind enough that he made sure that we were still able to drive our car back to Canada.
