They also told me to fill my anti-freeze tank, ( they did give me some to help me), and they were unable to give me some wiper fluid, due to their machine/ tank or hose not working properly.But I immediately stopped at a store after my car was serviced and bought a bottle of wiper fluid. I would like to say the service was VERY EXCELLENT or better than any other Jiffy Lube service I have gotten in the last 30 plus years, whether in Chicago or elsewhere. I have had some bad experiences at various Jiffy Lube locations, including leaving 2-3 the Jiffy Lubes before any service was performed, due to them wanting to charge me MORE than other Jiffy Lubes....I would give this Jiffy Lube 10 stars......”

“Took my truck in for repair and let me tell you,1. The owner Jay is very professional, he did told me about the wait time before he could work on my truck and i agreed to wait the week and a half.2. Once they started working he kept me up to date on the information of my truck, they did took a week on the repair but it was worth it, mind you my truck is a little 'vintage' but i had it for over a month now and the engine is working like new.Now pricewise, he charges what it is, and gives you warranty for his work. definitely coming back and telling all my friends about Jay and J's garage.”

“I have a 1978 Rolls Shadow 2 (purchased new in 1978). Most of the mechanics who have worked on my car have retired through the years and authorized dealers have no clue what to do on these older cars. Also getting parts for my car needs some research and patience (there are a few places here in the states and Europe). I have found a few one of them is Mardy at Master Rolls. I came across Master Rolls about 4 years ago and couldn't be any happier. Mardy has history going back to Loeber Motors downtown Chicago, who I used to have service some of my cars. Mardy is extremely knowledge, and his ability was beyond my expectation. I have nothing but praise for his talents. From rebuilding my cooling system (new radiator etc), putting on new shocks front and back, replacing seals crankshaft, engine, etc, window motors and fixing issues with the locking system etc. As for me, I could not be any happier to find such a excellent, talented and responsible mechanic in this day and age.”

“I highly recommend Quality, John’s a sick dude. I ordered aftermarket front and back bumpers for my Lancer to make it look sportier but the front was molded an inch or so off. It just wasn’t fitting right whatsoever. I took it to John and he was able to fit the bumpers on perfectly like it was nothing! The paint job was great too! He painted the front/back and also painted the black trim. If you’re looking for a professional to install sporty bumpers for “Quality” work and a reasonable price then this is the shop to visit! “My neighbor referred me here last Fall after they had a great experience. I needed help quick as my car was leaking some mystery liquid. Lambton's Auto did a full inspection and found several problems with my car (2009 with 120k miles on it, not parked in a garage for years, so no surprise there). They explained all the issues and walked me through what services they could provide. The price was pretty fair and all the problems they identified lined up with the year, mileage, etc. of the car. This was Nov 2022 and no problems with my car since. All staff were very friendly, good neighborhood people. As a woman, I did not feel taken advantaged of and will definitely return if needed in the future!”
