“The staff here is so kind and friendly and I love their customer service interactions with other clients. There is a friendly banter that seems fun and personable which I have observed with those who appear to be regulars. (I am new to Star)I recently witnessed a lady working in the front with pretty eyes who was so kind and patient with an elderly woman while she chatted. When I commented on how I appreciated that she did not rush this older lady, but took time to hear her story, she told me, " I have elderly clients come in that only buy one stamp maybe once or twice a week and I think this may be some of the only interactions they get. They just buy a stamp so they can have a brief conversation with someone." This warmed my heart, and I hope it warms yours. With people like this working here it makes me want to come back. Let's all remember this is the post office and not UPS or FedEx. They are not for profit and so they do not create our labels, or tape up our packages for us. Those are expectations for the profitable corporations that charge double. I still marvel that they will carry my letter across the United States for a fraction of a dollar. I know it has doubled since it was 33 cents in 1999. Uhhh, what about the cost of food in the last 5 years?”
“The store manager is excellent! Very friendly and accommodating. The staff was also equally as pleasant to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this UPS store. Not all UPS stores are the same as I have sadly found out. But you will be glad to use this store for any UPS services. I am DEFINITELY coming back should I be in need of any of the services UPS has to offer!”

“Skip the post office line this holiday and go here instead! There was no wait the past 2 times I've gone(meanwhile the Nampa post office line was out the door)! They greet you once you walk in and help you out with packaging items. I love that they also show you shipping option with prices right on the screen. Plenty of supplies to choose from and even a cute gift store inside! My new go-to shipping store!”

“I showed up at closing (6pm) and the owners young son was locking the doors. When he saw me, he unlocked and opened the door. They served me and a few minutes later another client walked in since the door was unlocked. It was at least 5 minutes after 6. Not only did the owner not say anything to me about it being closing time, but they said nothing to the young lady who just assumed she would be helped since the door was open. They were helping her also when I walked out. I was mailing one package postage prepaid and buying postage for the 2nd package. Despite it being after closing, she asked if I wanted a tracking receipt for the postage prepaid package as well, unsolicited. This kind of customer service is what I love about small businesses and entrepreneurs. I was delighted by their complete customer service and friendliness. I will be back whenever possible. I definitely recommend them!”

“I don’t understand the low ish rating on this place… every time I have gone in I have been met with wonderful people ready to help find whatever I needed. Jason is a MVP. He’s helped me and my family multiple times and he always is the sweetest and goes over the top for us. I give this store an A+ and am grateful it’s here. “Navis did a great job shipping a precious family piece from Boise to California. Joey was extremely responsive to my questions and helped me understand the process. They did an excellent job protecting the piece. I appreciated that they sent me pictures of how the piece was protected so I could see it before shipping. Navis was professional and prompt. “The store at Linder and Chinden in Eagle, ID is on my way to pretty much everywhere. It's a busy store but they are always helpful and cheerful and the self-serve kiosk is always available. The store is always clean and seems to be run very efficiently.
Today's experience was exceptional - you have a great employee there who I've never seen before but I hope he gets an "attaboy" for providing great customer service and communication with a polite, friendly demeanor. Jacob Campbell is the guy - please give him my thanks (again). Great employee and represents The UPS Store extremely well.”

“The driver was very helpful. They couldn't deliver our package due to no one on site at the location. They took it back to their dock and put it on will call. Called the dock and they told me where to pick it up. They made it very easy to pick up and loaded it right in my truck. Thank you”

“Michael the manager at this FedEx Kinko is absolutely amazing. Great customer service skills, above and beyond helpful and all around very knowledgeable! This whole staff is exceptional as well! My husband needed to print out written thank you cards to send to his clients, this was quite the meticulous daunty tasks! However, from day one Michael took this project under his wings and made sure everything ran smoothly with the printing machine and the written thank you cards came out perfectly! “Fast and efficient! I've mailed packages here at the Meridian post office and the post office in Eagle. The Meridian post office always scans the packages quickly and has them tracking right away. At the Eagle post office it can take several business days before packages are even scanned as accepted. This is definitely my go to post office. Thank you for the hard work!”
