The night before I had a deadline to have certifications and letterheads printed. The individual who filled my order was extremely rude and the job was completely unsatisfactory. My husband needed to print out written thank you cards to send to his clients, this was quite the meticulous daunty tasks! However, from day one Michael took this project under his wings and made sure everything ran smoothly with the printing machine and the written thank you cards came out perfectly! “I had to write a review on this because I feel EVERYONE should know about this. Have you ever been to a UPS store to ship something and first encounter the long line you are about to stand in for 30min just to find out it's going to take longer than you wanted it to or are shipping face and body care products just to be told sorry we can't ship that (crazy right?). Which is due to the alcohol content in it, and is so dismal that you are shaking your head in disbelief. Well, that ended up being a blessing in disguise for me. Because that is when the store associate said but the UPS customer service hub can because they can ship things we can't necessarily. So I go there and not only do the prices seem cheaper, your package gets there MUCH quicker. Sending something from Nampa to Salt Lake takes a day or two, depending on what time of day you drop it off. It is also much quicker to complete your task of sending your packages because there is NEVER any line, and the ladies I've dealt with are extremely nice and helpful. So, never again will I go to a UPS store to send a package. I have gone to this hub about 5 times, and it has always been quick, easy, and cheaper (seems that way to me). They only accept credit or debit cards, NO cash or checks. If you want to send your packages and have it not be a stressful event, I would definitely recommend going here!!!”

Most people take you for granted. Have a not so nice dog and I make sure that she is put away when I see them come through to make sure there is never an issue. Never understood the people on here complaining about their dog bitting a carrier and not owning up to it. It's not the carriers fault your dog bit them.”

They greet you once you walk in and help you out with packaging items. I love that they also show you shipping option with prices right on the screen.
