“Not too crowded and lots of machines to choose from. The no gymtimidation logo theme is great so i dobt feel judged as i sewat and work out! Nice locker rooms and staff is friendly. Only $10.40 a month. They do have tanning beds and aqua massage beds for black membership which is $22 a month.”

“All the instructors are great but I love that Tami comes and gives individual encouragement, works out with you if it’s tough, or adds weight and spots. Everyone is always correcting form making sure people are lifting safely. Great place to get your workout in without having to think about it or spend two hours in the gym to get comparable results.”

“Solid gym with awesome staff, was staying in town for business and needed a place to go where I could get quality workouts in and I found it. Spacious, clean, and not crowded with locker rooms and supp store literally everything I needed and more. Shout out to Victor and the rest of the staff for making this the easiest gym decision I have ever made.”
“It's always nice to find a community with similar value and interests. I was welcomed the moment I walked in the door. Personal goals are realistic and self paced. Coaches are awesome! They take time to show you and also tutor at times; so I am safe and effective in activity. I also enjoy picking some of the songs for Playlist.Highly recommend ?”

“Love the gym! Love that it has a separate room where I can use their hand weights and mats and steps without being in the main weight room. It also has a stereo and it can connect my phone to it and play my music in the room as I workout. The owner is also super awesome to work with and makes signing up super easy.”

“This is the place to work your body. I am currently pregnant with my second and love the movement. My last class was a strength set from the lovely Lisa. I have been coming to the Jazzercise studio in Idaho Falls over 4 years now. It has been great for starting out, both of my pregnancies, and when I really wanted to push my body to the limits. The instructors are wonderful and willing to help with where you are. I can’t say enough good things about Jazzercise in Idaho Falls!!”
“This gym is freaking awesome. Competed at a powerlifting meet there and the owner and staff were incredible. Highly recommend this place. Super clean, has pretty much everything you need to get strong af, and a good vibe.”
“The owners do a good job of maintaining a safe, comfortable gym environment. I definitely don't have any complaints there. Machine selection is pretty good and the facilities are really nice.The child care is super convenient, inexpensive, and so far all the staff I've met have been very nice and I don't have any concerns about the safety of my child.Golds provides a good experience and I think it's a good value for the money.I'm giving them bonus points because several weeks ago I responded to a survey with some candid feedback and I was promptly contacted by the owners of the gym addressing my concerns. They really seemed to care about what I had to say.I would give Golds 10 out of 5 stars if they could figure out a solution so that busy people like me and you, dear reader of this review, didn't have to wait on machines during peak times.”

“We came from a well known gym in CA(had girls in several olympics), when we were moving, our coach recommended we come here....so we did.We have zero regrets!! Yuliya is an amazing coach that loves the girls! My daughter is happy, she was accepted and treated well by the team and all coaches. They take her injuries seriously(moreso than she would like sometimes-lol). The facility is amazing, they even have a rod floor(this was a big deal to the coaches at our CA gym, they were so happy for my kiddo that she had such top notch equipment, its all greek to me, but just know your kids will have the best of the best here). No matter what our future holds, Idaho Elite will always be a part of our gymnastics life!!I don't think the people of Idaho Falls realize how lucky they are to have a coach of Yuliya's caliber here!!”
“Great place for kids to participate in sports and learn a variety of sports. Sometimes it can be tough to find a parking spot though. I’d love to see a couple more benches added for seating during the games too.”
“We are black card members who are van lifers. We always have a great time at any PF that we visit. Helpful and kind staff, clean locker rooms and all the gym equipment you could ask for!”
