“This wellness challenged helped me to learn the importance of the plate method. I noticed a huge difference in my energy levels when I ate at least two meals a day that were half veggies. I also loved the many challenges we did every week. My favorite mini challenge was taking a closer look at how much caffeine I was consuming. I noticed that if I didn't drink any caffeine after 12pm I slept so much better.”

“All the instructors are great but I love that Tami comes and gives individual encouragement, works out with you if it’s tough, or adds weight and spots. Everyone is always correcting form making sure people are lifting safely. Great place to get your workout in without having to think about it or spend two hours in the gym to get comparable results.”

“I was really impressed with this local Idaho Falls CrossFit gym. The building has been well set up for the CrossFit workout you are looking for. It’s a spacious gym, plenty of room to do just about any activity. I came to check this place out because of a power lifting competition. They have a great speaker system to make sure you have some good tunes playing nice and loud. Their bikes, racks, dumbbells, and barbells were all pretty new and in great shape. There was a toy play area for kids. I found they had a couple of showers. If I was looking for a CrossFit gym, this is where I would go!”

“This gym is fine. Pros: No contracts, yearly fees, and they work with your budget if you're a student or on Medicaid/Medicare. They have racquetball, a basketball court, locker rooms, towels, and fitness classes. Cons: About half of the cardio machines are generally broken, there are only a few floor fans in the workout areas which can make doing cardio more than the usual amount of unpleasant. There are more good things than bad about this gym, so if you're looking for a decently priced place to work out, this is a really good option.”

“The owners do a good job of maintaining a safe, comfortable gym environment. I definitely don't have any complaints there. Machine selection is pretty good and the facilities are really nice. The child care is super convenient, inexpensive, and so far all the staff I've met have been very nice and I don't have any concerns about the safety of my child.Golds provides a good experience and I think it's a good value for the money.I'm giving them bonus points because several weeks ago I responded to a survey with some candid feedback and I was promptly contacted by the owners of the gym addressing my concerns. They really seemed to care about what I had to say.I would give Golds 10 out of 5 stars if they could figure out a solution so that busy people like me and you, dear reader of this review, didn't have to wait on machines during peak times.”

“This is the best place to work out in Idaho. The new year is coming up, I recommend putting the pedal to the metal and put your money where your mouth is (yes I know a lot of American phrases), accomplish your goals, it’s all mental, develop your potential! This gym is awesome, it’s got all the bells and whistles and the general manager is super friendly and a real homie, he can help you get to where you wanna be.”

“Love this gym! You will not find an owner in the western United States with Yuliya’s experience and skill. She loves the kids and it’s obvious they adore her. Yuliya is always willing to work with families regarding unforeseen issues. I would recommend this gym to all.”

“We just signed up for a membership. It is conveniently located for us. The manager was very friendly and took the time to show us around and got us set up in no time.”

“Lots of out of service machines. Guys sit in the locker rooms like its a frat house. Maybe they like seeing others change. People have no concept that others want to lift weights too and use the bench press structure for an hour because they are watching a movie on their phone. Other than that $10 a month I will put up with motel 6 setting of gyms. You get what you pay for. It is clean. Has lots of equipment. Sufficient free weights. Good tvs with all different channels. I guess my only real complaint are some of the members.”

“Great place for kids to participate in sports and learn a variety of sports. Sometimes it can be tough to find a parking spot though. I’d love to see a couple more benches added for seating during the games too.”
