“We went to rent a car transport to tow a disabled vehicle of ours. Didn't realize the truck we borrowed had a faulty wire connection. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly helpful and did his best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it was not something he could repair, but he certainly gave his best to do so. I'd come to them again if the need arose!”

“Update: After U-Haul apparently read this review they refunded the amount that I had been over charged and am happy to still have respect for this company and realize they can't control everything their employees do at the time. I will change the rating once again to the reputable company I had known them to be for multiple decades I've done business with them. END of UPDATE...I'll never rent from this company again as they charge extra fees that they do not tell you about and then try a turn it around on you that it's somehow your fault. No longer a reputable company.”
