“100% Pick this place, but plan ahead. We failed to plan ahead and the facility is closed ( except the gate) Sunday & Monday.We booked online, then found out we couldn't access with a brand new code without speaking to a human.Whoops on our part, but they made everything right ad IF ever do need a storage unit in Pocatello, we will plan ahead and use YOUR WAY STORAGE!!Thank you again.”

“Highly Recommended! Very Accommodating! Pat really went the extra mile for me. I was on a motorcycle tour coming from Portland and needed to store my motorcycle for a week. They were full, but he managed to free up his personal locker for a week for me. Easy drop off, easier pick up, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their facility. Beyond excellent service!”

“Friendly owner and staff. Have been very responsive to any issues we have had. Not gated but does have cameras and lock systems that would be difficult to get into. They have big units and unfortunately prices have increased recently. It seems they have a few units that people sell stuff out of and or live in. Would like to see that issue resolved but otherwise very happy.”

“If I could give this location, 10 stars, I certainly would.Here at this location, the manager, Casey, was a hero to me.After a bad experience at the 5th Street uHaul, Casey made it all OK again.This was the kindest staff and manager. He provided the service I needed, with consideration and empathy.I also heard from Seth at corporate, and I am so impressed by the integrity of these people.U haul at Pole Line location has my loyalty forever. “I have stored my personal stuff at big johns mini storage for over 25 years. They have been nothing but fantastic with me. They’ve treated me like their own child. They have amazing rates and quick customer service. They also have a camera system set up at their units that gives me that extra peace of mind when it comes to protecting my personal belongings. Their lock system is also very protective since someone with standard bolt cutters can’t just break into any unit. I will continue to store my belongings with Big Johns for years to come! VERY satisfied customer.”

“Update: After U-Haul apparently read this review they refunded the amount that I had been over charged and am happy to still have respect for this company and realize they can't control everything their employees do at the time. I will change the rating once again to the reputable company I had known them to be for multiple decades I've done business with them. END of UPDATE...I'll never rent from this company again as they charge extra fees that they do not tell you about and then try a turn it around on you that it's somehow your fault. No longer a reputable company.”
