“A Well Deserved Shoutout to the Gentlemen at this Computer Shop! I took them a tiny little Windows tablet that had not been functional for about 10 years. I had originally bought it but it was bitlocker protected, you name it. (I had a dream that it was functional so I searched the house hoping I hadnt chucked it out. I found it.) First I contacted these guys competitors in town and they essentially laughed at me for what I asked of them. The Galaxy guys looked at me, looked at the pathetic little dysfunctional unit and said "leave it with us for a bit and we will see what we can do".They took it on as a lark and a project, even ordering new tools to enable re-installing Windows on the thing. A week or so later VOILA it worked. New battery I had ordered and had them install and off I go with my new fave tablet. Yes, it was the skill but it was as much the attitude and the extremely reasonable price that makes me write this. Go see Josh and Trent. You will NOT be disappointed.”
