Becky is incredibly helpful and friendly every time I have a question. If I get a voicemail she responds immediately. The best customer service!!

NW Storage is great! We have had multiple units varying in size. The facility is great. And Becky the Manager is amazing to work with! She is so easy to communicate with. Whether she is onsite or offsite, you can always get a hold of her with any issues.
