We tried to get this same vaccine at a different location a day earlier, but were turned away by a pharmacy associate. “I called on November 23, 2024, to inquire about my medication. I have been waiting for 10 days now and they keep telling me they’re out of stock so today I finally decided to call again. This young lady by the name of Ardy answered the phone and stated I’m so sorry that you have waited more than 10 days for your prescription. She told me I would go back and see if we had any on the shelves that I could refill your medication. She told me she had enough to do a partial refill, which was perfect because I’m leaving on vacation and that would be enough to cover until I get back. She was the only one who took the time to look and see if they had any medication on the shelves. Everyone else kept telling me they were out of stock and that they were out of stock. I just want to say that she has excellent customer service is an amazing employee and cares about the customers who need their medication. Thank you Ardy!”

“I really like shopping at CVS Pharmacy in Target on Marketplace, Nampa, Idaho. The Pharmacist's are very helpful with my questions about my medications. They are always friendly and go the extra mile to satisfy me as a customer. They always have my medication on the shelf or they tell me it will be in the next day. The pharmacists that have been there the longest, greet me by my first name. I really like that. I know my frustrations with CVS Pharmacy in Target on marketplace has a small staff, which causes a long wait in line. I wish CVS Pharmacy would increase the salary of the staff in the pharmacy and treat the staff with more respect. They do a good job! Like other businesses, a small staff causes a lot of problems that can't be helped unless you are looking for a miracle . Bottom line, I am satisfied with my visits to the pharmacy only because the staff are professional people. The problem is the number of staff working. Please fix this !!!!!”

“My 15 year old cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. She does well with her pills, when she'll take them. She's so thin and it's scary. My Vet said perhaps a compounded prescription with a yummy flavor will do the trick to help her. She sent the prescription to Vic's on 12th.
