They never answer the phone. You will be on hold trying to get a hold of the pharmacy for an easy hour to 2 hours before someone will answer. It will take them a week to fill a prescription so it better not be something you desperately need.
I have literally been on hold all day trying to get through to talk to the pharmacy to check on a prescription. This is ridiculous and the third time this has happened to me. What pharmacy doesn't answer their phone?!?!
All these people work very hard. You might want to give them a raise so no one else leaves. CVS step up, give them a chance to be successful. Think outside the box. Maybe you can have someone at home answering the phones. Provide more info on mail orders. Stop talking about corona if you have nothing to offer...etc
