“I purchased new tires at Costco and they have a program for alignments (and other services) where they partner with a local shop. Quality Alignment and Mechanical is the local shop in Nampa. I called on Saturday, not knowing they were closed, and left a message. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call 8am on Monday. I have never had that type of response to a message. I was able to schedule an alignment the next morning at 8am. I was called at around 8:35am telling me the work was complete. The price was less than any other shop had quoted. Their documentation is clear and easy to understand. The entire time, I was met with a friendly, relaxed attitude.I highly recommend Quality Alignment and Mechanical.FYI - there is a nice little coffee shop less than 2 blocks away - a great place to wait.”

“I recently got into a car wreck and was told these guys could do the job. I ended up getting my car that was completely fixed and almost looked brand new. The only issue was they drilled holes in the bumper for the license plate when there wasn't any in the first place. I asked them to patch the holes up and make it as if it was before and they did it without hesitation. So thankful for their cooperative communication and their will to help with the troubles.”
