You could tell even over the phone they seemed genuinely interested in the bike, getting everything I needed taken care of, and their hospitality was unmatched. My car is fantastic and exactly what they said it was. Jason Taylor really made it great. He was honest and open about issues I had. He answered every question and when I had a concern about a small chip in the windshield, he was quick to provide a solution. The entire team was very personable too. I brought my 3 year old in with me the first day and they were fantastic. I am really impressed with the service and care they provided throughout the entire process start to finish.”

“I purchased new tires at Costco and they have a program for alignments (and other services) where they partner with a local shop. Quality Alignment and Mechanical is the local shop in Nampa. I called on Saturday, not knowing they were closed, and left a message. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call 8am on Monday. I have never had that type of response to a message. I was able to schedule an alignment the next morning at 8am. I was called at around 8:35am telling me the work was complete. The price was less than any other shop had quoted. Their documentation is clear and easy to understand. The entire time, I was met with a friendly, relaxed attitude.I highly recommend Quality Alignment and Mechanical.FYI - there is a nice little coffee shop less than 2 blocks away - a great place to wait.”

He was quick to give us information and to fix things. Great at responding to calls and updating us. Also, the bill was a lot less then we planned on it being!
