“I really love this place. I highly recommend them. Especially if you want a friendly and stress free experience. I recently switched to this wonderful pharmacy because of terrible problems dealing with Ridleys off of main street in Middleton. The pharmacist at Ridleys literally had a personal bias towards me. When I was a patient at Ridleys I had a situation where I had a terrible month mentally and had to order a rx a couple days early because I don't want to up my monthly amount of something (doctor approved early refill of course) that I take for a mental illness I suffer and the manager and staff not only blatantly lied to me saying they never even spoke to my doctors office but the pharmacist there treated me very rudely, less than human while berating me and very loudly violating my hippa rights in their so called "lobby." They said they "hadn't even spoken to them" even though my psychologist office had just called me saying how rude the pharmacist was and told me I should switch as to not cause me anymore uneeded stress. Ridleys regional pharmacy manager said my EXACT same complaint had been voiced MANY times recently and that the manager was made to attend customer care classes recently - guess they didnt help. Their Google ratings state the same thing... So I searched by ratings + nearest pharmacy and found Medicap! How grateful I am for this place! Not only were they very attentive, respectful, and caring about my situation, they offer delivery! Takes a lot of stress off my plate since we're a single car family and hubby works out of town during the week. They were very helpful and made the process of switching so smooth I didn't even have to do anything but give my info! They called the old pharmacy up and got my rx info and had it transfered seamlessly. They are so much friendlier to deal with on the phone than the poor stressed out overmanaged workers at Ridleys. I appreciate this very much given my sometimes fragile mental health lol. I pray no one has to experience what I did and wish all pharmacies were up to par with Medicap! Thank you Medicap for bringing back great pharmacy standards. It means a great deal to me, more than you know ?”

“I had a super frustrating experience with my normal pharm, Walgreens on the Blvd; they closed for an entire day on Monday, and could not fill my prescription. The prescription I needed, must be taken daily. Terry Reilly & Dan Squire were extremely helpful & literally saved my sanity by getting my prescription filled. The ladies at the pharmacy were kind, patient & understanding. They worked together to get my situation temporarily resolved, and even gave my child a treat. I really appreciate you ladies! They even send you a text when your prescription is ready (if you sign up for that service) I've been to many pharmacies over the years and this one is my favorite .”

“I have visited Rite Aid pharmacy and store section in Caldwel twice in the last week. Both times the staff was very nice, patient and quick to get my sons prescription ready. When I say quick I mean it was billed to insurance and out the door in probably five minutes. Exceptional service, genuinely pleasant staff (smiling and happy) and efficiently out the door quickly both times. I felt so Blessed that they were open on Thanksgiving, they filled my families need.”

“I really like shopping at CVS Pharmacy in Target on Marketplace, Nampa, Idaho. The Pharmacist's are very helpful with my questions about my medications. They are always friendly and go the extra mile to satisfy me as a customer. They always have my medication on the shelf or they tell me it will be in the next day. The pharmacists that have been there the longest, greet me by my first name. I really like that. I know my frustrations with CVS Pharmacy in Target on marketplace has a small staff, which causes a long wait in line. I wish CVS Pharmacy would increase the salary of the staff in the pharmacy and treat the staff with more respect. They do a good job! Like other businesses, a small staff causes a lot of problems that can't be helped unless you are looking for a miracle . Bottom line, I am satisfied with my visits to the pharmacy only because the staff are professional people. The problem is the number of staff working. Please fix this !!!!!”
