Worst customer service I have ever had plus they will tell lies to try to cover for their inability to take care of customers. Update they took care of me

My friend needed some additional tubing for her O2. The care facility was having some trouble taking care of it. Both the person that I spoke to on the phone and the sales clerk were extremely kind and helpful. Just when I thought good customer service was dead, these 2 renewed my hope. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

We have received the best service from Norco for many years. The employees have gone out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. We have been treated with respect and compassion. The employees are very knowledgeable. Norco is a remarkable company.
