“I Get Sooo Sucked Into This Place!! I Could Be There For Days. Found A New Water Tracker Cup, Super Cool. Each Time You Finish A Cup Of Water You Move The Rubber Band Up.The only thing I'd say, I wish people would put stuff back nicely and with the right items”

“I got this really nice coat made by Avalanche, for $59.99, that has six zipper pockets, a pouch pocket and a removable hood! It is made of 100% Polyester and has some adjustable straps. The store looked nice as well and they had some intriguing candies at the check out, but I didn't get any.”

“I love Maurices. They usually have really cute clothes but I went in a few days ago and wasn't impressed at all. I'm sure it's just this season and they'll have good things again after Christmas. They're always nice there and definitely helpful and that never seems to change fortunately.”

“I recommend shipping here on a weeknight. Way less traffic. I also tried one of the newly released chocolate chip cookies, and I highly recommend them. They're a meal though, so you might want to share. They are literally as big as your face.”

“Jake is Amazing!! He was very patient & kind with my kids as they tried to pick blankets out for Christmas presents. It was close to closing time & he didn't rush them at all. He is a great asset to your customer service team! Thank you Jake.”

“Epic experience while digging through the “dead cake” area. I spotted an illustrious (what I have named) “Phteven Cake” and promptly fell apart laughing with my daughter (see pic) upon closer inspection. I think perhaps they are training new bakers but whomever made this masterpiece should be on Netflix’s The Next Best Dessert show. Not only is the color true to form but the size and shape of the teeth : perfection. I can barely tell the difference between the cake and the real deal! I can’t understand why this cake was on sale. $12.41?? Such a steal! Far better than the baroque styled raspberry monstrosity melting beside it. Should you need some real artistry and dedication put into your pastries, look no further. Fred Meyer bakers have you covered.”

“I recently purchased sheets and an ice maker from Steelz for my new house, and I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience. The service provided by Steelz was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much money I was able to save. The quality of the sheets and the ice maker exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Steelz for their top-notch service and quality products, and I'll definitely be returning for more home essentials in the future.”

“Josh over in automotive was an absolute rock star, very patient and knowledgeable. I was attempting to do a battery warranty, and despite the system having many issues claiming a battery was sold before it was manufactured and things like, he persisted and helped me figure it out and got the warranty taken care of! 10/10, top-notch fella!”

“Do they hand out 'courteous, friendly and customer focused pills' in the employee breakroom here? Whatever it is that makes it so for everyone who works at this Costco, I wish they could bottle and distribute it to all retailers. I am no Costco fan in general . True story, when I lived in the Bay Area about 35 years ago and was in a Costco for the first time I almost started to hyperventilate from seeing just TOO MUCH of everything and I went outside to wait on my husband to shop. And in the 20 years we lived in Bend (OR), between the crush of tourists (now about 1.5 Million a year to that once little mountain town) and explosive growth the Costco experience was torture for how unpleasant many of the understandably hassled employees were. (I grew to dislike the contingent of rude tourists too. Just sayin'.) I was an ABC, anything but Costco, shopper. SELECTION OF THINGS WE NEED TO BUY + GREAT SERVICE HERE HAS WON ME OVER: and makes even me look forward to our roughly 3 times a year shopping trips. As in today when we left with beautiful organic berries (four kinds), Kleenex, lemons and limes, a bottle of Zinfandel for my dad (he's 91 and it fit our "90+ spectator rating / $20-" ;-) rule for drinking his fav varietal with him ), Beecher's Flagship cheddar, what passes for 'junk food' at our house in the form of Tru-Fru dark chocolate dipped frozen raspberries (seriously, these are SO good) and Milton's brand gluten free frozen veggie pizza (good stuff in its' category) and lots and lots of AA batteries (which is what we went in for). So many that the checker said "I gotta ask?" as he rang them up. Battery operated window shades was my husband's reply. "Ah! Now I get it! ." chuckled this nice guy. As was the young guy, really hustling, who boxed up our purchases, for literally sprinting to the parking lot to tag a customer who left behind vitamins to get them to her before she departed. All of this with a smile. Nice. Very nice.TIMING IS EVERYTHING: here and it is best to avoid the time when, to crib Bill Joel, "the regular crowd shuffles in" to eat the hot dogs and pizza and whatever else at the food service, wait in line and order counter in the front of the store. I do not get it, but clearly I am the oddball here to not appreciate those eats. It is nearly SRO for food service and it adds to the crush of cars in the parking lot that looks huge but is always too small for the number of shoppers. Also if you can get in and out before they start the free samples in the food section, that is swell too for fewer people. And absolutely avoid weekends if you can do that at this store where it seems it is a family affair to bring the kids to Costco for entertainment and let them run around to explore and in particular at the samples stations. Go figure. GAZING IN MY CRYSTALL BALL: We have only been shopping here for a year, it opened maybe 2+ years ago, but seeing more frequent stops in here during this Summer and Fall given they carry the same brand of organic berries of all kinds that we buy at another retailer in the area and the Costco ones were fresher and 30% less. It will not be my fault if a bag of Tru-Fru frozen chocolate covered raspberries jump out of the freezer case into my cart each time too.”

“Jackie IS THE BEST! She was willing to restock a cart of items I changed my mind about. She was delightful and embodies the spirit of Walmart customer service; exceeding expectations and putting the customer first. Wowed to say the least. Very grateful for good people.”

“Initially Marisa helped us when we were looking for a wedding band. She was very knowledgeable and much more helpful than the young man we spoke to at Kay Jeweler's in the mall. She offered several options, was very patient with us trying on things and let me know about an upcoming sale that would save us money. When I returned to purchase my bands, Lori (assistant manager) was the only one there. She was very helpful, personable and called the leasing place after I had questions that she wasn't able to answer. I left confident, taken care of and happy with my purchase!”

“Fred myer always has what I need and a great selection of items to choose from. I don't interact with the staff often enough to comment on them but I always see the employees working hard. I come to Fred myer for produce specifically and end up leaving with more than I need.”

“This review is for the jewelry department. I'd been on the hunt for the perfect wedding band for a few months now with nothing really jumping out at me. It also doesn't help that some salespeople at higher end places are too pushy and the prices too high. My fiance and I stopped by here on a whim and after we bought some skyr and fruit and I worked with Lucas. We tried a few on but nothing was looking/feeling right for me then he suggested the one I went with. We had to check and see if the size I needed was available. The system was down so he took down my name and number and he gave me a call to tell me yes it could be ordered in my size. I asked Lucas when he was working next to make sure he got commission.Went in today and Lucas wasn't there but the manager Josh made sure Lucas got credit for the sale and we had some laughs a good conversation while we waited for the computer to print everything out. I can tell the people working this department are well taken care of and I hope upper management recognizes Josh and Lucas for their enthusiasm and hard work. Also, a ring and some groceries and still cheaper than shopping at Albertsons.”

“I love Fred Meyer, I mean common they were the only "General Store" in Idaho until Walmart (which was looked at as an oddity. It was late 1999 or 1998 when Walmart came to Boise. Fred Meyer has always had quality products, household, housewares, furniture, decor, clothing, intimates, fantastic produce, meat, deli, and ahead of all the little pop ups when it comes to the new trend in consumer food products "vegan", "organic", "gluten free" and they continue to grow and remain the front runner. Their prices were beet by Walmart before Covid if one does not utilize the reward system, ads, coupons; both electronic and paper. I save more and get better products from a Northwest local supply chain supporter with amazing products and service. You have to utilize your rewards and don't miss the Founders sale. We actually on vacation went to the first Kroger (and still the corporate store) in Oregon. It's multi level and awesome. I love FM. Two of three of my children work for the company. They started while in high school. They are great employers as well.”
