Poor customer service. Called pharmacy directly, placed on hold by pharmacy technician. Was on hold over 20 minutes with call going back to customer service desk multiple times which kept placing call back on hold despite having been made aware of hold time.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was charged twice and after an hour on the phone and being hung up on twice I still have no help and will.be calling my bank. DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE OREDER FEATURE!

The Techs are the only reason I stay at Kroger pharmacy. The pharmacy is understaffed, with no onsite management, it's all managed by out of state regional managers. Pharmacist turnover is ridiculous!!
