“I had to go into Umpqua Bank to get a cashiers check. I visited the branch on Eagle Rd. and to my surprise the teller was friendly, experienced and efficient. The bank was virtually empty. The staff was attentive. I admit I rarely go in person anymore since I can do so much online. It's sad to see this bank have such poor reviews, especially when you notice they are 4 years old or more! Give them a chance!”

“Great customer service, Kelli is absolutely AMAZING and so very sweet! Everyone else is great as well. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the fact that the last few times I've gone I've had to wait in line for 10-20 minutes and it's just such a long time for my baby and I to wait. I think once their new hires are trained they'll be back on their feet!”
