“Recently I went to the Franklin Branch MACU after being turned away for a mortgage on a new primary home. I spoke with the loan officer Jake. He was extreamly friendly and professional. He explained that MACU would be able to get that mortgage approved and funded in an unheard of 15 days (short closing). They bent over backwards all the way to the day before closing and got it all done. I can't say enough about MACU and Jake, they are incredible. I got my family and friends to become members of this credit union as a result. I would give them 6 stars!”

“I found my ICCU experience very pleasant; super easy and convenient.I called, prior to visiting a location near my home, to find out what documentation was needed to establish a new checking account for an estate. The person on the phone had that information readily available and let me know I could either go to one of the branches or I could conveniently make those changes over a video call, in the comfort of my own home.
