“Everytime I have had any car issues, Austin has always been there to provide amazing customer service and is the sole reason I even go to this store. I trust him.
He is knowledgeable and extremely helpful and I honestly think if that man hasn't been getting raises or promotions, he should be recognized by O'Reilly for his hard work and dedication and given one or both of those things.
In my opinion and from a good amount of other reviews, he is one of the best representatives for your store and company.

Bryce a store manager tested my battery and showed me a terminal clamp wasn’t functioning properly. Then recommended a part that would solve the issue.
