I had a chance to speak with one of the specialists this morning (at least I think it was at this branch) and she was so super kind and patient! Her name was Maren Ward I believe and I hope she gets some recognition for her work and great customer service. I wish I could remember the name of the man I spoke with before her but he was also very kind and helpful.
