We called Caleb on a Saturday. He had us pre-approved in less than an hour so we could get an offer in. (Do him and yourself a favor and get pre approved before hand) He jumped through every hoop and made sure we were well informed through the whole process. We closed well ahead of schedule thanks to him.

We had a great experience working with Caleb. He was very transparent, knows his stuff, and is an all around cool guy. We were kept in the loop from start to finish and had an enjoyable time working through a stressful life decision. I definitely recommend these guys!

They had very little communication with us through the confusing process of getting a mortgage. Then to my surprise the amount of the mortgage that I am paying is 200 dollars more then they told me per month. Very poor communication. I would go elsewhere if you want someone to work through this difficult process with.
