Auto Loans - best in the business. HELOC products PASS, their requirements are out of balance with regards to setting the HELOC loan amounts. LTV ratios coupled with self employed equals 10% of the equity of the property. They are just super conservative on the lending of HELOCs. Probably due to 2nd position.
