“Don’t judge a potential customer based on the way they look! Right? You would think so, Unfortunately, We had that happen to us while looking for our new camper, But there was One Man who stood out above and beyond the other salesmen we spoke to, and that man’s name was Robin, the Redhead over at Bobby Combs Rv Center, Immediately upon arriving to their lot, we were greeted by Robin, without a single judgment of what we were wearing, or how old we were Robin asked what we were looking for in a camper, and he showed us 3-4 campers that hit the nail on the head, he gave us quite the difficult choice as they were all so incredibly perfect and had everything we asked him for. As we now sit here in this BEAUTIFUL 2024 Palomino Puma, we are so grateful to have run into such a stand-up, laid-back, HONEST, guy who had our best interest at heart, rather than what was better for his wallet only. He even walked away and gave us our space to chat in the campers we were looking at, and he wasn’t pushy or impatient! We can’t thank you enough! We will always tell people RUN don’t walk to Robin and the other guys at Bobby Combs Rv Center!”

“Excellent customer service. On 2 different recent trips with our Airstream while passing through the area we developed mechanical issues with the trailer. On both occasions, the service manager welcomed us in to his busy schedule in order to keep us on schedule for our trip. He and his team solved the problems quickly and got us on the road. Everyone at the dealership greeted us warmly and asked if they could assist us. They even washed our rig when they were done. Amazing customer service.”

“Wow, they did an incredible job! The back fender on my truck was dented with chipped and rusted paint. They did body work and paint, and you would never know it was there. I also had detailing done and holy cow it is shiny and immaculate! Embeded dog hair, baked-on tree sap on the windows and paint, and dog slobber is conpletely gone - literally no trace of any of it!! My truck looks like the day I drove it off the lot 15 years ago. Sliqs went above and beyond in all aspects, they take pride in their work and their prices are fair. “I go here often as of late. Everything is easy to find and there is never a long wait. The customer service is awesome; I never feel embarrassed asking any questions and it's just down the road in a convenient location/plenty of parking.”
“1st time there and I had a great experience. I have one question to all those who are complaining about prices being so expensive at Trustys vs Jalopys. Why does it matter so much? Your obviously between a rock and a hard spot if you not willing to shop retail auto zone O'Reilly or dealership, so your savings even at either of these two yards is tremendous then your alternative ? just something to think about. I've been a ford service technician for years now and I choose to shop at yards because even with a discount for my own dealer can be too expensive. It would be wise of you to research your pricing through calling both locations or where ever you were thinking about going ahead of time to verify pricing and find out which yard will save more or greater chance of capturing the part you need. Sounds like to me your poor experiences and reviews were because of your own lack of research and then you went in with a expectation of a price you would be willing to pay and let yourself down. We need the yards to be competitive that is how we keep them around. If you write too many bad reviews because of you own action then nobody will go and they'll close up and we be forced to shop retail to keep our vehicles moving. Just remember dont give a bad review because you inability to do your prep work know you options and what you walking into before you step foot into a yard that way you'll know what to expect. A lot of time I will just walk in and find what I am looking for and pay whatever it cost because ultimately it's cheaper than retail and it's harder to pin down both cheap price and guarantee the parts is still available, so take it while you can get it is really my operation.”
“You need to make an appointment !!!!Service is good and reasonable for full synthetic $40, tire rotation $5 per wheel, air filter replacement at Cost, wipers at $12 each, They also fixed my TPS bad sensor & reprogrammed at$10 plus mat.”
