“We just officially became customer's yesterday and best decision we've made yet. After years of struggling with outages and spotty internet with Sparklight we finally bit the bullet and switched over to PMT. Osiris (I'm sure I spelled that incorrectly) has been nothing but polite and patient with numerous stupid calls from me. Super friendly and answered even the dumbest of questions with nothing but professionalism. Hands down an asset to the company. Every single person that's been to our home through the entire set up process has been fantastic. I wish I would've gotten names but they know who they are :). We have 5 annoying rottweilers that like to bark at strangers and none of them looked even the least bit annoyed. The tech that came to do the final hookup into our home was amazing as well. They obviously choose the best and vet their employees well. He was in and out in no time and assured everything looked and worked great before he left. Even my super picky husband was impressed. Best of all my husband ran a speed test when he got home that night and both upload and download speeds hovered at about 980. He's the tech guy in our family and said that's actually unheard of. It is a little pricey but hands down worth it. Should've made the switch few years ago and saved myself a lot of irritation.”
