It's taken a couple of weeks to get things up and running properly due to a few glitches, but their customer service reps are amazing, as well as their field crew. Very accommodating, and the entire staff was totally focused on MY satisfaction ... not to mention their prices are more in line with what I can afford, being a 74 year old widow living alone and on a small fixed income. My costs just kept rising with the company I had previously been doing business with for several years, which forced me to check around.
