“I live in Portland, Oregon. I was on my way to Idaho to start a 2-week rafting trip on the Middle Fork of the Salmon, when my car broke down west of Ontario. I checked the internet, and the nearest solid repair shop looked like Garry's, in Boise. I had the car towed there, on a Sunday night. I arranged for another ride, and checked in Monday morning before I left. Two weeks later I returned, on a Saturday night, and the car was waiting for me. I drove it a short distance, and it broke down again. Turns out it was a minor coolant issue, likely unrelated to what they had just fixed. But all I knew was I wasn't going home, and I was stuck in Boise on a weekend, and had to be at work Monday morning in Portland. I had the car towed back to the shop, got a hotel room, and wrote an e-mail to the owners, explaining my plight. Sunday morning I heard back from Jared. Soon they had a crew of 4 there at the shop. On a Sunday! They figured out and fixed the issue within an hour, and I was on my way. They saved my life. I can't say enough about the professionalism and competence of the staff at Garry's!!!!

“The team at the Boise tire choice store on Glenwood Avenue are absolute straight up mechanics to amazing work, very professional, they completely covered the cost on one of our repairs that happened because of mistake they had made some time earlier which almost never happens. It was just a freak occurrence, but they gladly covered the entire charge of the repair. These guys are the best you can go to them in confidence!”

“Commercial Tire on State Street in Boise has given me honest advice and done quality work for me for 20 years. We'll keep taking our cars there, including my wife, who used to take her Prius to Peterson Toyota for service but has been treated rudely and seen them try to overcharge her too many times. Most recently, when Peterson wanted to charge her $2,800 just to open the dashboard to diagnose a problem, a mechanic at Commercial Tire suggested we try another Toyota dealership. (Commercial Tire honestly declined to attempt that job themselves, also impressing me.) She did and Edmark Toyota in Nampa said it needed a sensor replaced and charged us $600. Commercial Tire saved us $2,200 without doing any work! We are happy customers.”

Ever since he always has great information, his service sept is top notch. When I go in because u got a real low issue he gets me right in and gets it fixed because I only by my tires from then.”

I refuse to go to the Caldwell Les Schwab near where i live. My normal place on Ustick was booked solid. We tried going to the les schwab near Cole and the freeway and were told we'd be waiting for more than an hour for them to look at it. We called ahead to Broadway and were told they had an opening.
The Broadway team went above and beyond. They had the tire fixed before my kids had finished their snacks from the vending machine.
That set the tone for my weekend. I wish this kind of service were the norm.

“I had to have tires put on my rims very quickly. I purchased the tires from a different store but did not trust them to mount and balance them as they are notorious for doing it incorrectly. Jack was the tech that helped me and did the mounting and balancing. What an awesome job from him! My car is driving so smoothly now. Tire Choice/Goodyear on five-mile and fairview is a trusted shop!! I do all the work myself on any car that has problems because I do not trust shops around the valley. The guys here proved that they can be counted on and will not steer you wrong. Thanks everyone for helping so quickly at the end of your Friday shift??”
