Goodwill stores in southern Idaho, Montana, and Utah are part of Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc., a non-profit organization that offers employment, job training, day programs, housing for adults with intellectual disabilities, children’s therapy, and health services for adults and seniors. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially during donations, where staff members are polite and provide detailed information. The store offers a good selection of items, including winter clothing, children's books, and unique finds like clothes with original tags and toys such as a fire truck with working lights and moving parts. Shoppers enjoy the spacious layout, which makes browsing comfortable, and often find a variety of sizes, including pants. However, some mention that prices can be higher than expected, sometimes similar to new goods at other stores, and that a smaller portion of proceeds goes to charity compared to other thrift stores. Overall, it’s a well-liked store for shopping and donating in the region.
Jennifer was absolutely amazing. We went to go buy a nice round table, and Jennifer assisted us with everything. She was responsive and passionate about the store and it was a pleasure working with her.

Pretty basic goodwill. Prices were better than average, but not having dressing rooms made it really hard to find clothes. I did not interact with any employees, but I am sure they were wonderful!

I’ve picked up online orders there on occasion and the experience has always been a smooth one!
