“Great place. Got my car right in. Of course the problem didn’t surface when at the mechanics. They tried for 2 days to duplicate and couldn’t. No charge. I was blown away. It occurred again and this time they found the problem. It was fixed right away at a very reasonable price. Love the honesty and integrity of this place. Dealt with Nate from beginning to end and was so impressed by him. I’m a DIY guy, but my daughter is at Boise State. I couldn’t help, but Naylors did. Thank you to all there”

“I stopped by on a Saturday 30 minutes before they closed, because my check engine light was on. I wish I'd gotten the name of the technician because he was very friendly. He discovered a blown fuse and replaced it and checked my coolant because I asked. When I asked how much I owed him, he said it was no charge. Fast, courteous, and inexpensive!! Quite the trifecta!”

“I live in Portland, Oregon. I was on my way to Idaho to start a 2-week rafting trip on the Middle Fork of the Salmon, when my car broke down west of Ontario. I checked the internet, and the nearest solid repair shop looked like Garry's, in Boise. I had the car towed there, on a Sunday night. I arranged for another ride, and checked in Monday morning before I left. Two weeks later I returned, on a Saturday night, and the car was waiting for me. I drove it a short distance, and it broke down again. Turns out it was a minor coolant issue, likely unrelated to what they had just fixed. But all I knew was I wasn't going home, and I was stuck in Boise on a weekend, and had to be at work Monday morning in Portland. I had the car towed back to the shop, got a hotel room, and wrote an e-mail to the owners, explaining my plight. Sunday morning I heard back from Jared. Soon they had a crew of 4 there at the shop. On a Sunday! They figured out and fixed the issue within an hour, and I was on my way. They saved my life. I can't say enough about the professionalism and competence of the staff at Garry's!!!!
