“Outstanding sales person in Chuck. He did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience. Gentleman (sorry I can’t remember his name) who handled all of the paperwork was very adept at doing his job and we were in and out relatively quickly. Overall a great experience as it was for our prior lease experience with Larry Miller Honda.”
“The Capitol Auto Body team did a great job on some paint work for me. It was nice to work with a locally owned business vs one of the giant corporate owned shops that are taking over. Their pricing was right in the middle of the few other shops that quoted the job. I highly recommend that you at least get a quote here if you're ever in need of high quality auto body work.
Thank you again. I appreciate you taking such great care repairing my new truck!”
“Recently our car battery died and we walked in off the street looking to see if they had a battery charger. Not only did they have one, they jump started our car and took me to the auto parts store to buy a new battery. They then installed the battery for us. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!”
“Mike’s did a great job fixing my 2014 F150. Monty was great to work with and did a great job communicating with me and was a great advocate for me when negotiating with my insurance company.”
“Wasn't exactly going to purchase a vehicle just yet but I stopped in at Bronco Motor's on Fairview in Boise, and saw this great little Hyundai Venue .My salesman John Cameron was really fantastic, no pressure, and very easy going.
I got a used car price and a new car warranty as it only had 26,000 miles on it . !!!
Thanks so much Bronco Motors

“These are the nicest people! I was having a terrible case of the Mondays, and my bumper fell halfway off first thing in the morning while I was out taking kids to school. I gave them a call and the man who answered the phone told me I could come right over. After spending quite a bit of time reattaching the bumper, he told me not to worry about paying and sent me on my way. I have every confidence that this shop, even if your car requires more extensive work, will be fair and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!”

2777 S Orchard St, Boise“Sean is the best and so is Sawtooth USA! Great work and excellent customer service! I wouldn’t trust our Jeep with anybody else! Thank you Sean for all you do!”
“These guys are fast and proficient. They know what they're doing when you're needing suspension parts. They do great lifts or lowering of vehicles. I've had to work for me multiple times and everything's been first rate. Thank you! Boise Spring Works for such great jobs!”
“Great customer service and fair pricing. They replaced the shocks on our motorhome and were great to work with. They gave us an estimate over the phone and estimate time to complete the job. Their final price and installation were both lower than the estimate. Could not be happier with the job they did on our RV.”
“FANTASTIC experience! From the beginning, the staff and especially Destiny at Caliber Collision Chinden, were so kind and extremely helpful. All our questions and concerns were answered and we were kept up to speed on my cars repairs. Destiny went above and beyond for my car! She was absolutely gorgeous when I got her back. My car looked brand new! I seriously could not be happier with the results. I HIGHLY recommend Calliber for any work you need done. 10 stars!”
“They were reasonable with the estimate, great at answering questions and giving updates, finished the car early and it looked great. Would definitely use them again.”
“Alex has taken care of things on my car at no charge, and for the things that DID come with a bill, not only was he the best price in town, but the work was excellent, and he backs it up with his guarantee that it WILL be right!”
“If I could give Wizard Auto Specialties 10 stars I would! I've been SO IMPRESSED with their high standard of customer service and their expertise with autobody work. I was, unfortunately, in an accident about 6 months ago. Greg and Traci at Wizard made sure my rental car was available right at the shop! I was also able to drop the rental car at the shop when my vehicle was finished. That is a BIG DEAL when you don't have another licensed driver handy. The autobody work was excellent. I could not tell there was ever an issue. A couple of months later I felt a wobble of some kind at certain speeds. I talked to Greg about it, and he didn't ask any questions at all but had me drop it off as soon as possible. He discovered that the issue was not a warranty issue (not even part of the repairs), but during the workup he discovered the problem and had it repaired for me! When it was finished he delivered the car to my work! I'm telling you... that kind of customer service is rare these days. RARE, Y'ALL!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Greg and Traci!”
“We had our Telsla Y in here for a collision repair. Austin was great. They work with Enterprise to bring a rental car to you. They keep you informed via text. They finish on time and the quality of the work was perfect. Highly recommend!”
“Danny was a great help! He broke down the process in a way I could understand and set very real expectations for the process! We will return to this Caliber collision just for him.”
“Tough Line was generous enough to donate this bed liner to a Veterans auction last month and I was the lucky recipient. My 2001 F350 needed some love and they did not dissapoint! This 23 year old truck bed looks brand new!!! They explained the process of how they prepare the truck and other than empty out my personal items, I didn’t have to do a thing. Friendly, fast and just an all around great experience. Thank you Tough Line! And more importantly, thank you for supporting our Veterans!”
“Not knowing it's not a retail store(dumb me)I walked in and was greeted with smiles. They apologized and gave me some cool merchandise! This place is the number one vehicle recovery business in the world!”
“I gotta say the guy who helped my mom get a car was awesome! He was very attentive and gave my mom great options that not only worked for her budget but included the addition things she wanted in a vehicle such as a reverse camera and heated seats. I’ll definitely be referring people over here. Great job!”

8050 Fairview Ave, Boise“All of my windshield wipers stopped functioning properly during a particularly persistent stretch of winter snow and rain, I was feeling nervous about the hassle of getting them replaced. But, when I went into this O’Reilly’s my problem was quickly and easily resolved! I’m very grateful for the professional, quick service and friendly manner of the team here. Thank you all!”

2213 S Broadway Ave, Boise“I want to thank Patrick for assisting me with what tools and battery I would need to change out my battery. I managed to get the battery out, clean the corrosion (with Coca-Cola), and remounted the battery (well, almost). I dropped a nut somewhere in the mist of my wrenching. Thanks, Tom, for ensuring all the nuts and bolts were secure.
I really appreciate all the help.”
“Tyler Rodriguez was amazing to work with on purchasing our new to us Subaru Outback. The buying process was very straight forward and was extremely quick and efficient. We highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase.”
“If your car has been damaged, don't take it anywhere else. These guys are legit. After my Camry got smashed up in a hit-and-run, I brought it to Harold's and it looked like nothing ever happened once they were done. They were able to see me quickly for an estimate and after insurance approved repairs, the work was completed quicker than I thought it would be. The quality of the repair work is also second to none. These guys take their work seriously and don't cut corners. Scott was also incredibly patient with the hundreds of questions I had for him over the course of the repairs and was very helpful throughout the whole process. I could not recommend them more highly.”
“Took my rav4 in to replace a cracked front bumper cover and fog light. I had the car back after 24 hours - couldn’t believe it! Vince was a great communicator and they the handled payment with my auto insurance. The repair looks great and is warrantied. Good work!”
“Great experience with Miki and Steffen. Easy to talk to and made the experience not suck. Would recommend to others. Thanks for getting me into a new “truck”, ie, the Maverick”
“Absolutely Professional!!! In every sense of the word… It’s all covered!!
( Excellent communication w/ staff, excellent repair work, thorough “follow-up”after the job is done, to receiving a full warranty on the work completed..
Note: This warranty is good for as long as you own your car! )
So very impressed!!! I would recommend this business to anyone who wants exceptional quality when it comes to their car’s needs!!”
“Last month, my Bronco was towed to Crash Champions after it was unexpectedly hit. My car was left in good hands and returned to me in even better condition! My experience with everyone at Crash Champions was very pleasant, and I will make sure to recommend their services to anyone who may need them!”
“I would leave more stars if I could!! They were all so helpful and wonderful from start to finish. Sometimes this kind of industry gets a reputation for "ripping people off, " but here, they do the opposite! They do everything they can to help you out and make sure your car leaves looking amazing. I was so stressed about the damage on my car and left feeling so much better after my first time by. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!!”
“The service department at this location is extremely kind and considerate.
As a single truck owner operator I require a shop that will stand by their work.
As I write this review, the Jackson Group Peterbilt in Boise is doing exactly that.
They towed and are repairing my truck - at considerable expense to them- after a parts failure. Lesser shops are not reliable in this manner.
If you are looking for a shop that won’t ever hang you out to dry when there’s a problem, then this is the shop for you!”
“My husband and I got a RARE day off together so we decided to drive over to Boise and go hit the thrift stores and have a nice lunch together. When we went to leave the desert industries on Fairview our Durango would not start. We saw the NAPA down the street a block or so. The salesman Jeff listened to my husband talk about everything he had already done to our SUV never once interrupted him which is RARE when it comes to parts people in our experience. Once my husband finished Jeff simply said “It sounds more likely that your alternator has failed rather than the battery, because you jumped it twice and then within a few minutes of unhooking the jumper cables your SUV shut off which tells me from my experience that your vehicle issues are low from a faulty alternator, but also tested the battery for us. It was on the weaker side so we purchased a new one. Jeff knew exactly what sizes the mounting hardware bolts were and serpentine belt bolt size was and made sure my husband was given the correct tools to remove the alternator safety. We left the store with a small amount of used tools from the store and the directions from Jeff on how to exactly remove the alternator, belt safely all from his memory of working on vehicles himself. Mind you this happened at 6:15pm on a Saturday night. Jeff was dead on as the alternator was shorted out and burned up on the backside by the plug in. His directions and knowledge of exactly what the bolt head sizes were also very helpful and correct. We returned with the bad alternator to be tested in which Jeff was able to get the machine to test it, and it failed to test. Then as luck would have it our debit card would not process for the purchase of the $271 alternator. We tried for over 15 minutes to get anything to work either in the store or online and nothing worked. We were in desperate distress when Jeff walked out of the back opened up his own wallet and pulled out $300. He asked the other salesman to take over the transaction so it would not conflict with NAPA policy or something like that. This NAPA salesman offered to pay for our alternator in full knowing that we where from out of town and stuck in Boise and now with no money to secure a new alternator or even a way home since our debit card had been compromised and locked and the bank was closed. Jeff then came to the Durango after the store closed to make sure we didn’t have any more issues as my husband was finishing up installing the alternator and could not get the belt on correctly and showed my husband the correct route placement for the belt. Stayed there until we started the Durango up and verified that it was working properly. His customer service was over the top and I told him I would be in someday to repay him for his kindness and out of the kindness of his heart he said “please Just pay it forward to someone else when the time comes”. If I am correct I remember the Asst manager saying that Jeff was the newest employee at this store. If this in fact the truth then NAPA is hiring amazing people not just parts knowledgeable but also great humanitarians. Again BLESS YOU Jeff and whenever we get back to Boise we will always stop at this NAPA to tell Jeff what a amazing man he his. Bless you NAPA AND Jeff.”
“Justin really went the extra mile after I hit a deer and total’d my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable of the ins and outs of navigating and negotiating with the insurance company and was even willing to hop on the phone with them directly to help clarify part of the policy. He also gave me clear and very helpful next steps and resources after it was declared a total loss.
Everyone I interacted with at Adesa was also extremely kind and helpful. I will absolutely be recommending Adesa to my friends in the area.”
