“My fiancé and I were on a trip and camping out in some BLM area. We woke up to leave in the morning and my truck wouldn't start. I had some electrical problems with it due to an after market alarm system. I called Ramon hoping he could point me in the right direction to be able to get the truck started so we could get into town. He went so far out of his way to walk me through what I needed to do to get my truck started so that we weren't stranded. We then headed straight to his shop for him to look at the system, make a couple changes and get us back on the road. Customer service like Ramon's is hard to come by these days. We appreciated him helping us get back on the road and would highly recommend his shop. He is knowledgeable and cares about his customers.”

“I got my Audi wheels chemically stripped and sandblasted. They did give me discount since the wheels were partially sandblasted but just need to sit in a chemical bath and repeat the sandblasting. Great job, but did miss some spots in the lug bot holes.Why would anyone wanna touch clean sand blasted aluminum with greasy/ dirty hands? I provided clean heavy duty black bags when I dropped them off and they didn’t reuse them :/Could’ve prevented the hand grease marks. Just will be more intensive to remove before primer and paint. Thanks”

I went to Jimmy to get an estimate for some minor damage on the bumper of my vehicle, and to my great surprise, instead of telling me it needs paint work etc., he just brought out a scuffing compound and took the scuffs and damage out magically rigtht in front of my eyes. I could not believe it. I will be returning for more work I need done on my vehicle, but I can say it was a truly memorable experience to just come across such a marvelous human being in Jimmy.”
