“My wife lost her I Phone so we went into the Store in the Grand Teton Mall.We had decided to change carriers, Max went over and beyond in his efforts to switch our phones, which was difficult as we didn’t have my wife’s phone.Max had to call the carrier to get codes Emailed to him, which took a while, he worked so hard to get the change over, all the time with a positive attitude, I traded in my phone and he managed to get my wife a new phone at no additional cost,He is a great asset to your Company.”

“Update: Apr 2 2024Our internet connection dropped for about 10 days due to some technical issues of one of their towers, apparently. Having no internet for 10 days was a bit stressful but all staff I communicated with were very helpful and tried hard to do whatever they could do. A tech person Kegan drove to our remote cabin in a heavy snow storm and fixed the connection. Great local service in tough area!Update: Feb 28 2024We had a snow storm and short power outages. Not sure these were the cause but we lost internet connection. The customer service and the tech team worked on the issue and we got back the internet shortly! They are quick and always try hard to fix issues. Great local business!We live in a kind of rural area near West Yellowstone. We've been using Anthem Broadband (used to be Safelink) since 2017 and our internet connection has got better since. Their support is always fast and good!”

“We have had mostly great experiences over the last 2 years. Today was a tad rough. Last night our internet started to flicker on and off constantly. I decided to deal with it in the morning because it was very late and a holiday. This morning I tried all the usual fixes. It didn't work, so when they opened I called and was given more suggestions. Then they suggested I call back if I continue to have struggled after trying those suggestions. I tried them, and got an hour of internet out of it before it did the same problem again. I called back got a different person who was kinda pushy and we butted heads on certain things. I did everything in my power and just was overwhelmed and frustrated. I got a new router, and called to verify that someone would be at the office to help me set it up with our fiber, since the other guy had said they would be there til 530. The lady that answered at 5:10 said they would be there. I rushed over, and made it by 5:16. No one answered the door, and their phone service had switched over to the after hours tech support. I sat in the parking lot angry and frustrated with 4 screaming kids. I then get a call from Mike- he was on site at another house. He talks me through how I can set it up myself, sending me text messages to help me once I am home. Right as I get home around 6, he calls and says if I come back to the office he will take the time to set it up. He tells me if I have problems to text him back. He sets it up, I take it home, and it wasn't working. I text him, and he walks me through the problem solving needed to fix it. Mike is the man to speak to when you have problems with qwk net. 5 out of 5 for Mike. 4 out of 5 for the after hours tech support members that couldn't do much but set up a ticket that notified Mike. 3 out of five for the guy that got pushy in his recommendation for a crazy expensive router that I wasted time looking for even though the customer service for that brand sucks. 3 out of 5 for the lady that said she would be there and then wasn't 6 minutes later, and didn't even leave a note apologizing- I felt lied to by her, and it didn't help the frustration I was already dealing with. I don't like lies.”

“I came in a while ago to switch over from Verizon because their service was ridiculous, and T-Mobile was SO much better! This stores customer service was infinitely better than Verizon, I worked with Michelle and she was so helpful, the whole experience was painless thanks to her! Definitely ask for Michelle if you’re going in she was great!”

“I have had a mix bag of ratings for Verizon since i signed up with them in February. But the main two times when i have been to this store i have been pleasantly surprised by the help and service i received from this store. Nathan was especially helpful to me and my teenage daughter yesterday when a previous store refused to help us figure out what went wrong with her newly purchased phone. Nathan listened to my problem, assessed the phone thoroughly , and then filed a claim for me for FREE, when the other store said i had to pay a $100 to get a new phone. i went to ubreak i fix and to my surprise, they said the problem was a DEFECT that is common with this device... and it was free of charge for a fix because i have insurance. SO thank you to this man who helped us out.”

“I love the price, the speed is correct for me. I run an Airbnb once in a while Speed Connect goes down, but so do other Internet services. The biggest problem with Speedconnect is not the speed and not the price but getting a hold of somebody. I’ve been trying again for two freaking weeks to sign a new contract and every single telephone number I have nobody leaves even a voice message so that I could get a call back they keep saying they’re not open when they are they keep saying they did just don’t and then they hang up. They don’t give you a voice messaging system, and anything to call back and take”
