“I had phase 4 install a full audio system in my focus St. They gave me a pretty damn good deal and it sounds great. All of the employees are kind and knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you or rip you off. They actually have your best interest in mind and go out of their way to try to fix any issues. I spoke to the owner personally and he is passionate and has a large amount of expertise and experience. If you want the job done right phase 4 will get it done quick and make sure its perfect. They have a large selection and it's honestly surprising what they have. I 10/10 recommend them to friends and family.”

“I have had a mix bag of ratings for Verizon since i signed up with them in February. But the main two times when i have been to this store i have been pleasantly surprised by the help and service i received from this store. Nathan was especially helpful to me and my teenage daughter yesterday when a previous store refused to help us figure out what went wrong with her newly purchased phone. Nathan listened to my problem, assessed the phone thoroughly , and then filed a claim for me for FREE, when the other store said i had to pay a $100 to get a new phone. i went to ubreak i fix and to my surprise, they said the problem was a DEFECT that is common with this device... and it was free of charge for a fix because i have insurance. SO thank you to this man who helped us out.”
