I'd give zero stars if I could. I had the absolute worst sales staff experience. Extremely unresponsive and unfocused on customer experience.

Why even have a phone number of you can't get past the robo answer without an extension. Thanks for calling please dial an extension now. No prompts, no hold on for an operator, just the same message over and over. Pushing 0 gets you no where.

Don't bother trying to use the coupons on their website that supposedly expire in July. They won't accept it. They say they only take the post card version. Not the coupon on the website. Nobody has bothered to return our messages. Insane customer service.
