Jeff and his crew were absolutely outstanding in handling my project and were super accommodating to my needs and all the parts I supplied.I had the entire suspension (front and back) swapped out on my truck as well as re-balancing the new tires.
For the job, Jeff quoted me a price that was less than half what I was expecting (especially by Oahu prices) and with a completion time in less than half what I thought it would take. Everything worked out flawlessly and I'm incredibly impressed by the work done at this location. “I had an appointment to get a tire replaced, but when I went to my car it wouldn't start. I called to let them know I had to cancel my appointment because my car wouldn't start and the lady asked if I wanted to have somebody come out and take a look at it. I told her no, that would be all right, thinking it was over the top. About 5 minutes later, the store manager called and said he wanted to come out and look at my car to see if he could help me with it. He showed up about 15 or 20 minutes later, checked The battery and told me that was what the issue was. Since it was still under warranty at another shop, I told him I would have them fix it. I explained about another issue I was having with my front end and he said he could give me a quote for that as well as for the tire. He gave me an awesome quote, told me to bring the car right in and they could fix it for me today. I walked out after paying $600 less than the other estimate I had gotten for exactly the same issue plus the tire. These people are awesome. They went out of their way for me and did exactly what they said they would. I will forever use them for any car I own now and in the future.”

“It’s Costco, so you know their service and quality and integrity is spot on. However, the amount of time spent waiting to be served is outrageous. They are either understaffed in the front, or the workers are severely slow and/or chatty…. I spent 30 minutes waiting past my appointment time to drop off my car. Only complaint, otherwise they’re great.”

“I would like to say these guys are top notch. I have had exhaust work done by these guys by the amazing Nate, it was great. The exhaust work is by far the best in Hawaii. I had my previous custom exhaust done by Rad Motor Sport and it lasted with no issues. I have a new car now, so I wanted a new custom exhaust setup. I was again extremely pleased with my new setup. Nate did my exhaust work again, the look and sound is great. I also got a new tire and wheel package with them. I love how professional and honest they were from the beginning. I would highly recommend these guys.”
