I called in and ISA was so efficient with my order of 60 feet copper coil piping. I needed to have the order picked up at Honolulu store but unfortunately I called the Waipahu store. Isa didn't get upset. He just gave me instructions on how to get my order filled accurately with kindness and patience Great service ISA!!!
