I made an appointment to have my power window lift assembly repaired, and they told me that it would take a max of 2 hrs. to finish and quoted me a really good price.
When I dropped off my car they got on it right away, and had the assembly disassembled in less than 10 minutes ! They completed the job in less than 1 hr.

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Honda for a series of maintenance tasks including an oil change, transmission fluid replacement, and AC filter changes. The level of customer service I received was exceptional, largely due to Sean Kukuchi. His golden treatment of customers is something I deeply appreciate, and it’s clear that he is a significant asset to Honda.
Regrettably, I’ve found myself returning to the service center multiple times due to an unfortunate situation in the Makakilo area. It appears that a disgruntled individual has been scattering nails as a misguided form of retaliation against someone who has wronged them. The collateral damage of this act is that many of us are repeatedly finding nails in our tires.
Despite this inconvenience, I remain grateful to Tony Honda. Over time, I have purchased several sets of tires from them. “I needed an engine for my FREE99 tow truck, someone ordered one but never paid for it or picked it up so he had one in back completely rebuilt, gave me a good deal and I didn't have to wait or pay crazy shipping, I also dropped off a set of hotrod heads to get a valve job and got them next day, look like new painted and wrapped on plastic....great work,excellent service”
“I called ahead to find out about the safety check process. Guy on the phone was very professional and explained that Safety Check is walk in first come first serve and $26 cash. Parked in the visitor parking in front, went to the office with my registration, insurance, and old safety check. Gave the guy the forms and the keys. Then he gave me the keys and forms back once the safety check was done. Paid the $26 and then was driving out. Took about 15min. The guy was super friendly and professional. Went during lunch hour at about 12:30 and had no line. Highly recommend this place! Tip: Be sure to look for a visitor's stall when parking. The stalls are kind of tight, so watch out.”
“I’ve had David Sykes work on three different vehicles for me. 2023 Ford Raptor, 1997 Acura NSX and a 1991 Jeep Wrangler. We have done various work on all three and I have found the work to be exemplary and unmatched anywhere else on the island. He is very patient and incredibly smart at figuring out weird situations that come up, whether mechanical or electrical. He and his team are so good, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Glenn and Kasey (forgive me if I spelt your name wrong) were amazing! I had no idea what was wrong with my car as a persistent loud noise had overwhelmed me for a couple of months. Prior to bringing my car to Glenn’s, I checked with my dealer, whom I won’t mention, that said the loud noise was due to the uneven tread depths of my recently purchased tires (2 new ones in the front and the 2 older ones in the back) Glenn was referred to us by friends who regularly take their vehicles to this shop because of the great services given. From the time I dropped off my car, till the moment I picked it up, both Glenn and Kasey explained in thorough detail, everything that I needed to know regarding the diagnosis- worn rear WHEEL BEARINGS, not uneven tire tread depth like the dealer told me.. The wheel bearings were so bad, that he didn’t know how I made it this long driving in that condition. Glenn tried his best to help keep the cost down as I had just replaced the older worn out tires 2 days prior thinking this would solve my loud noise problem! When picking up my car, he walked me through what happened and how he fixed it. As a female who’s father was a lifetime mechanic who passed a year ago and no longer having his help to maintain my car, I truly appreciate that Glenn broke everything down for me to understand and even offered for me to reach out anytime if I ever had any questions. Finding honest and trustworthy people in this money driven industry is so hard to find now days, but not here with Glenn and Kasey! “mann i really really needed my transmission fixed and i took my 2010 crown victoria to john at pearlcity trans on the 8th of march they told me it would take two weeks and it was done by mon the 18th!! when he called me i was so surprised the got it done so quick ! i love how my car drives now i can finally reverse into stalks without being embarrassed that i can’t. the professionalism and kindness & aloha that was shown to me by john and STAFF @ PCT is amazing and first class! i HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to them for any transmission problems. i’d give them 10 ⭐️s but it only allows 5. thank you guys so h for fixing my baby ??”

I brought my vehicle here without knowing what was wrong. After paying for a diagnosis, the mechanic explained that the issue was caused by my previous service provider, who improperly reinstalled certain components during my recent oil change.
He could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me several hundred dollars to fix the problem. Instead, he recommended that I return to the place where I had my last service done. I followed his advice and was able to get the issue resolved there.
I appreciate their honesty and highly recommend this location.”

They will treat you with honesty and clarity, tell them youre a friend of Marlon and see how awesome they are ?How many times have you gone to a corporate store or other auto shop and felt like they're just jacking up the price on you or adding on things to drive the bill higher and higher?I never got that treatment from Master Mechanic, and everybody I send there has reviews and they continue to go there despite the somewhat hard to get to location.”
