“Hats off to RJ's Towing!!! After calling many tow companies in the Kaneohe and Honolulu area to tow my truck from Heeia/ Kahaluu area to the North shore on a Saturday, late night. Couple companies already gave me the run around telling me they were 30 mins out. Then found out they would get to me in a hour and a half to two hours. Then after 20 min they call back and said the tow truck broke down. SMH!!! Just my luck ķǰ5ķ⁵kk6lĺI was also partially blocking a drive way and part of the main Kamehameha hwy roadway. I started calling other companies and they was all gonna take forever to get to me.
But, when I called RJ's Towing they said they'll get to me in about 45 min. Brah, they text me about 5 min after and said they were coming to me and they was about 25 min out. They soon turned the corner on Kam hwy and lights started glaring and just that brought me relief that they came and never forgot about me and my truck. They were awesome local braddahs. Very chill, they worked fast and professional about how they were gonna strap and move the vehicle.
Just like that we was towing the truck to the Northshore. Price for the tow is on point. If you ask for an invoice or receipt they'll send you a copy either email or Text. These guys are awesome. Hit the up!!! Cause I give them 5 stars. LassssGoooooo...”

“I was on my lunch break and called to see if they had the tire I needed my old tire was wearing out and I was referred to them by Rocky next door. Before I got there I called to ask how long it would take because my lunch is short, once I got there they worked on my tire and in less than 10 minutes everything was good and changed out and I got back to work in time !! Great service was provided and much appreciated!!”

After my insurance company failed repeatedly to find a tow truck, that review is the one that pushed me to call Transport Oahu. Not only is Charlie helpful he diffused my stress and worry with his compassion and kindness. After some back and forth with our insurance company, and a realization that the mechanic shop did not have overnight parking, we arranged for the tow to happen the following morning (without my insurance covering it). He offered us a Kamaʻāina rate and was able to arrive before our arranged time. He got the car to the shop for the next phase of our car breakdown saga. “I've never used road assistance before, I was stuck at the grocery store on Sunday morning with a dead battery. In a panic I looked up on Google and found this website. Paid the service , they set me up. Sent out a service person, got the jump. Got home before the ice cream melted. The following morning I had set up another jump to start the car to take it to the auto shop. All turn out pretty good very happy”

“Good car wash. Has underbody blast. Prices are reasonably in line with other car washes. Hand towel dried. Self vacuum. No damage to my van after about 50 washes through the years.”

A long tradition to do at the end of the year is get your car washed and here at Don's Makiki Service having a drive thru car wash is so convenient with not many similar services like this in town at such a great price I was aware yet constantly forgetting it's there. There can be a long line here but is very fast and efficient than they other guys down the street where it is a process and is a plus to get it vacuumed but if you just need to get it washed this a great option to do so. The staff here is efficient and friendly and the price you just can't beat, the days of drive thru efficiency is a luxury thing I'm grateful for and here in Makiki it a service that is given with ease to take care of what has taken such great care you me.
