When I arrived @ Waianae Goodyear, Richard P was professional & took the time to look at my tires & recommended the next steps I should take. They all treated me with respect & was understanding with no pressure. Because I was late today & had unexpected issues I will need to return for my services once everything is all in order. “We were driving a rental car back from the south to Waianae and the low pressure indicator light came on. Sure enough there was a huge screw in one of the tires. Took it to this place the next morning and the friendly gentleman that works there fixed it in 10 min for a very small fee. This saved us a ton of hassle and made our vacation better!”

“I've purchased tires for several different vehicles here over the past couple of years and always had great service. The new location is bare bones, however, it has a nice view and seating in the shade while you wait for your tires to be put on. The pricing is comparable or cheaper than other used tire places that I called on the island (within past 2 months). I got two tires recently. There was a problem with one tire. I brought it back within a few days of purchase and the tire was switched out. Tires that I have purchased here are very gently used. One tire looked brand new. Staff is kind and friendly. I would go again.”

“Called Dansen up and scheduled us for service on our car. No problem!!! They took us in when we asked and did a great job on keeping us up to date with any other problems. We had time to have breakfast and when we were done, the car was ready!!!
