Place was super clean and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Good size parking lot with some EV chargers too which is always great. Jay, sensing that I was frustrated, provided exceptional service by trying your resolve the issue and talking story. He identified that the issue had to do with the eSIM. Once the issue was identified Jay was able to successfully activate the new iPhone on my Verizon account and iPhone. Thank you Jay for making a frustrating situation better.”

“I used to shy away from Walmart. Perhaps it's because of all the terrible memes out there. But hey, this is Hawaii. It's not like that at all! First off, I've downloaded the app and signed up for Walmart plus because Walmart is one of the few places that deliver to Guam for FREE (plus perks)!! They deliver FREE whether you order a $1.00 worth of goods or $500.00 with of goods. I've become an online shopper and I've found that some of their products are cheaper than anywhere else on the island. Might I note, Walmart carries a few things that I can't get anywhere else (All detergent - baby one). Also, I was able to purchase powered toddler rides online with delivery when all the local stores didn't have inventory. The actual store isn't bad either. I find it a bit dim at the kapolei store but I think it's because the lights are solar powered. Many if not all, the checkout lines are now self check. I used to mind that since I'm rather slow scanning and bagging but I've gotten better and faster. You'll find that their prices are just a few cents lower than Target.”

“We’ve had cricket for a long time, but we just went in to upgrade our phones, I got the only 12 Pro Max they had, and then my husband got got the XR…a couple days in my husband wanted the 12 Pro Max also but they did not have anymore, a few days go by and they got one on, and Cheri called us to let us know that another came in because she knew we wanted it. Go see Cheri, she even helped us choose a new phone for my SIL, and got us going with the mobile hot spot. Always friendly, and always helpful.”
