“I dropped off my 2012 macbook air for a battery. Well, that was issue 1. Issue 2 was later found to be the mother board. He was able to fix them both in under a week for a great price. I definitely recommend this business. He talks you through everything, gives you options, explains how things work (if you want to know and learn) and great communication to keep you up to date.”

“Needed a cartridge "today" and they certainly came through! A little hard to find but so worth the trouble. Parking is shared by many but I got 1 near their entrance. Service is AWESOME, friendly, and real. Price was so affordable! My wandering eye reminded me my home printer needed ink as well and it was pulled right off the shelf. Definitely a one-stop shop!”

“After 20+ years of doing toner shopping, I finally found the diamond in the rough with EDP. I had been purchasing toner from local office supply stores and online and it was a hit-or-miss routine. Sometimes I was able to get my cartridges, sometimes backordered, and then, I would have to wait for them to be shipped. Ugh! I need it relatively NOW! Francis F. Has been my lifesaver many a time, delivering cartridges on almost upon request. We have many different printers throughout our office and he always lets me know promptly, either via phone or email, if EDP is out of stock and if there are specials and promos available. I recently added a new toner to my list and he advised to get it either online or at a local office supply store as it is not one that they usually stock. This kind of customer service is very important to me. He has also helped me troubleshoot a malfunctioning printer from time to time. Way outside of his job requirement! I receive 5-6 calls a year from mainland vendors regarding toner, and I tell them all the same thing; I have the best supplier ever and I have no intention of switching, so go bother someone else. (Ok, no, I didn't say that last part, but I so wanted to!) Call Francis F. at EDP and get your toners, today!!”

“I cannot thank Rent-A Center enough for coming to my rescue! After being away from home for a few days, I come home to a refrigerator that wouldn't stop beeping and displaying a power outage error code. I spent a LONG time trying to troubleshoot the problem myself as it was already later in the evening and too late to call any professionals. Nothing worked! I was very concerned because my fridge and freezer weren't as cold as they should be. The next morning, I chatted online with a Whirlpool representative who was of no help. The representative just asked me if I did all the things that I had tried the night before. Basically, they said there was nothing they could do for me and I would need to contact someone locally. I remember my parents having their fridge break in the past, so I asked them what they did while waiting for a new fridge. They said they rented a fridge. I didn't even know that was a thing! They recommended me to Rent-A-Center. I called them as soon as they opened. Initially, they said they could put me on standby the next day and if that didn't work out, then they could put me on the list for the following week. I couldn't wait that long! I guess the employee could hear the desperation in my voice and went to speak to their manager. Somehow they were able to squeeze me into their already busy schedule for the day. After looking through their inventory, the employee was able to find me a 14 cubic feet fridge. You agree to a month long rental, which came out to $108.28 plus taxes and because I would need drop off/pick up it was another $150. She took all my contact information, including my social security number which I thought was odd, but she said it was to see if I qualify. The paperwork was emailed to me so I could DocuSign it. She also mentioned that I would need to call one week prior to the expiration of the month's rental to confirm pick up or ask for an extension. Then I was all set! By about 4:30 that afternoon, the refrigerator rental was dropped off to my unit! Just needed to plug it in for about two hours and I was able to transfer (and save!) most of what was in my fridge/freezer. Bless your hearts Rent-A-Center Waipahu! Thank you for your amazing customer service. They really put customers first. You saved the day!”

“I almost never leave reviews, but I literally had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Shout out to Austin (I believe that was his name). He was soooooo patient with me and very thorough when explaining all the pros and cons there were for each different type of laptops and brands I was interested in and I could tell that he genuinely cared that I got the best quality and best price. I can be very indecisive at times when there's too many factors to consider, but he was very very patient and understanding. So Austin, if you're seeing this, thank you sooooooo much!!!”
